Which happens to be Conflict... I started this piece some months ago and never expected that this personal feeling could claim such a dramatic, infinitely sad general projection these days! I´m working with silk, fusing it on cotton fabric, and hand sewing the edges Soon I will start quilting!

Resilience #4, 40" x 16.5" Elisabeth Nacenta-de la Croix Our planet does not have to prove its resilience especially after the huge fires which can burn wide surface of forests, bushes and trees. Those disasters modify completely a landscape.
In this "after a fire" piece, the resilience of the planet is getting more visible due to the importance of the task.
