No Gray Area

The latest in my "Contrast" series, this composition is all about contour and line rather than realism. I started with some simple organic shapes, inspired by the Peace Lily plant that sits on the landing of my stairs. I challenged myself to find a sense of movement and depth using only black and white fabrics and threads.
